Just to say my elderly Mother was not happy at all residing in Benarty view care home , i detect reviews seen with a pinch of salt on here with the other fake reviews seen here which are put up from some workers within , them who get their family / friends to put up nice reviews only Also on my last and final visit of seeing my Mother on 5th July 2022 after travelling from England to visit my Mother via trains and bus to Kelty , i then was led to the lift by Graham or Graeme carer, whilst showing me to my Mums room from lift i came out from and met by Graham On way to my Mothers room in hall way i can hear my Mum shouting out " Go get away and leave me alone , this repeated and when we both reached my Mothers room this young woman care worker namely " Ashleigh " had my Mother by her wrist and would not let my Mums wrist go and only when i said , i have come all the way from England to visit my Mother via 2 x trains and a bus and i see she is upset and has been asking you to leave , then Ashleigh looked with a right dead pan long face and then let my Mothers wrist go this only when Graham said be best you go away now . I then was left alone with my Mum for my last visit and time of seeing my Mother , i seen on her hand afterwards was her top set of false teeth as somehow her bottom set were missing, i wonder why ? This is a straight forward review i and my friends have witnessed young girls some who work as care workers for the elderly within as mentioned are in the wrong job and are certainly not happy with doing their jobs within and only there for the pay sadly . Ashleigh and Kelly or Kerry < None of them are in the right line of work for sure, this i am 100% sure on such and Just is facts ive told . Young Irish girl carer was fine at her job . But are some locals girls within as mentioned above just are not in the right job , and this u can tell a mile off with their demeanour , body language and most of all i would not rrust with looking after a mouse . My Mother went there for care and ended up all bruised up in the face and died within that home, and did not receive the care she should have from some individual young girls within who ive said about above and are not the job for them at all. My brother was refused seeing his Mother for his last time and final time , this when he was refused entry , when later that day our Mother died within . Not nice place to have your elderly parent within stead carefully , and as for the voice when you make a call its all false and put on , as its all an act of nicey nicey this when certainly is not a nice place to stay within . My only regret was not planting a small camera within as that would have shocked them big time , is my only regret sadly .
