Really not a nice experience at this pharmacy. Booked a health check, and when arrived all the woman, Holly, would say was the system was broken if that is the case then they should cancel or not let you make an appointment in the first place.

It is a shame but I cannot believe how bad this pharmacy has become. Every visit is far too long. An interminable wait in the queue because there is no system. The beleaguered staff search blindly and cluelessly through boxes, shelves and piles on the floor. If you tell the staff how and when the prescription was ordered it makes no difference. There is no system to separate orders. If you are lucky after ordering your meds 10 days or more beforehand you may get a part order. After waiting more than three weeks for some urgent pain relief I was told to get a new prescription and go somewhere else. In my opinion this pharmacy sad to say should lose its license. I am appalled.

Utter chaos they haven't got a clue where anything is . I stood for an hour just to be told its out of stock come back tomorrow. You could die of old age waiting on them

I have never known such a disorganised pharmacy. Expect a long wait and unfriendly service.

Not the most consistent pharmacy. I had to stop going in myself and due to the high turnover of staff my mum gets questioned as to why she deals with my prescriptions. I'm autistic and I can't cope going into the pharmacy as they don't really understand or cater for autistic people. Perhaps others have had a different experience, this is just my own. It's a very busy shop, for its size and there's a constant feeling of pressure to get out of the line quickly. Not just because of Covid, people don't really like moving to allow others to pass easily.
