Shockingly bad always a huge queue Not a Rush in any of the staff as if they would ever come out from the back room to help the only person on the counter. So bad asked to be moved to Lloyds Had to give it one star to post this review

Well what can I say....from unable to find your subscription to not having it in is not ideal, not used this pharmacy a lot but so far it's not been a good experience, waiting times are a bit too long & that's if they have or find your subscription, having to stop using them as just unreliable, I'm two weeks without vital pain medication and still waiting.

Waited for half an hour on Friday afternoon to collect a prescription which is on a monthly repeat only to find out that it wasn't ordered for me. I was told to come back on Monday so will now need to leave work early to allow me to pick it up as it is needed. Large queues and the counter assistants were rushed off their feet as they seemed to be understaffed. Other customers in the shop also waited ages as the assistants couldn't find their prescriptions. Not good.
