Osteopathy In Kelso

Was recommended to go and see Helen-Jean for my ongoing sciatic pain, most likely due to a bulging disc. In 4 weeks she has made such a difference to my pain levels and the mobility of my back, hip and leg. Every session is different and responsive to what I need. Helen-Jean is friendly and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend her to anyone suffering from pain.

Started experiencing increasing lower back pain 4 or 5 weeks prior to attending Osteopathy In Kelso, so glad that I found this practice & I am now in a so much better place with regards to my lower back problems. Absolutely magic, I just want to start by saying a massive thank you to Helen-Jean. What a professional you are. This was my first time ever visiting a Osteopathy practice and I was a bit apprehensive but you made it so calming and your brilliant humour made it even better. If you haven't booked in to see Helen-Jean yet I high recommend it. Lower back pain is now gone and I can now lift my arm above shoulder height. Ready for the golf course now.
