They were good for a while until I missed appointment then started we can't see you etc so now I'm at Specsavers berwick plus there glasses are overpriced

It would appear that unless you are an existing customer of this company at this time you will not feel welcome. I appeared on Thursday 17th February at the door to find it closed, a notice on the door tells of appointments only. The lady inside saw me at the door and opened it. I asked if they could provide nose pads for my glasses as I had lost one. I was asked if I was a customer, my answer was No. From then things seemed to go wrong. I was told I would have to leave my glasses and they could not tell me when they would be available for collection. I suggested I would try elsewhere, where I was told suit yourself. Covid has a lot to answer for but poor customer service is not one of them. I did not purchase my glasses from this business and my experience on the day says I never will.
