        Extremely poor at communicating with potential purchasors solicitor. Following the fall through of the winning bid, emailed asking for "full and final offer", despite this having been submitted at closing date, and also stated "...don't worry there's nothing funny going on at our end". Miraculously the original winning bid was reinstated. The whole manner in which this was done and tone of communication does make one wonder...
