I am new to the letting market and needed an Agency which could help me on a step by step basis. The information and the guidance given to me was excellent. The properties which I intended to let both required the attention of suitably qualified tradespeople. Those trades were engaged on my behalf by Border Country Lets. Their arrival of tradespeople was timely and the work done was to a good standard. I am satisfied that I received the service which I expected. The staff from the Kelso office did all that they could to make the entire exercise of entering into the letting market as simple for me as could be hoped for.
