        Adjustments to a new jacket (sleeves were too long) beautifully done! However, it was the overall experience which was so positive. The tailor (Ronnie) is a true gent, harking back to times when that really meant something. He was warm & friendly, while at the same time very professional. I can thoroughly recommend "Stitch Express". Service: Alterations

        The extremely rude man, who I believe is the tailor, threw me out of the shop when I queried the price of dry cleaning a jacket. He used expletives which I am not allowed to put into print here, and told me to get out and never come back. No one in my life has ever spoken to me in this way, and I am over seventy. Needless to say, I have no intention of ever returning to this shop. Clearly I would award no stars if I could.
