        This guest house was exactly what we wanted. The room was very nice, with a comfortable bed, excellent shower, and pretty view across the square to the ruined abbey. Service was excellent: Colin and Lisa could answer all our questions, and the breakfast was extremely good. The location couldn't be bettered: absolutely central, but wonderfully quiet. Food & drinks: There were lots of good places to eat very nearby. We chose The Contented Vine which provided an excellent meal wioth which to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary.
