Interesting that other reviewers are critical of staff as have only used it twice. Complained the first time & spent a very acrimonious 20 mins the 2nd time whilst they tried to find any excuse to refuse my transaction. I have no mortgage, no loan & no overdraft - what part of 'it is MY money' do they not understand? Close it & turn it into a Wetherspoons, there is a much better Bank next door!
