Ive just witnessed firsthand stunning customer care at the checkout. The elderly customer ahead of me was having difficulty paying with his bank card (pin code etc) . I am an aquaintance of this customer and was prepared to step in and cover his bill myself, but it was definitely not necessary. The checkout assistant care skills soon took over and she calmly put his purchases through and suspended payment, found the customer a seat nearby and explained there was not a problem and things were sorted straight away, no drama.
Store Manager, Johnathan Pow has staff to be proud of.
