        Our toilet was blocked. Turned out the drain was blocked insurance said they would send someone in 3 DAYS! Asked if they would cover Cockburns in Kelso, just 10 minutes from us. Agreed . Called Cockburns and within a half an hour, they were here ! Can't get faster than that! Very impressed with the company, from the driver who happily, quickly and efficiently cleared the whole system, to their office staff who couldn't have been more helpful or kinder. Highly recommend!!
