I wanted to order blinds ready to be fitted when new windows were completed. Keith told me all widows are so different it is much better to wait until he can see what he is fitting a blind to and how it will work. I had not realised this and only one glazing company had told me my existing blinds would not work with the windows.
Keith did not make me feel I was wasting his time and wanted to give the best customer service rather than "make a quick buck". I am very grateful, I could have wasted a lot of money.
