I purchased a cctv system for my Horsebox but sadly the monitor was faulty. Having returned at my own expense it took over a month of my chasing and conflicting answers being given before a new monitor was sent. Despite numerous requests for the monitor postage to be refunded I have had absolutely no response via phone or e-mail. I like to support smaller businesses so their lack of customer service does sadden me and needless to say I will not be using them again.
