L&I Eaton - Aberdeen North

Im really unhappy with the work carried out by them. Our car was kept by them for 4 months, for repairs to damage that we were told wasnt even that bad. When we finally got our car back (after numerous promises of youll have your car soon) it was actually in worse condition, mechanically and electrically, than when we first handed it over. The car is quite literally undrivable in the state that it was returned to us in. Not only has work that needed to be carried out not been done, but other issues have arisen since the car was in their care. The car has also clearly been abandoned for most of its time there. The tyres show spots where they have been sat on the cold ground, the brakes are so spongy that a foot-to-the-floor press struggles to slow the car down by a considerable amount. There is also mould growing inside the vehicle; on the seats and the windscreen. I would have thought that after having the car for so long, the least they could have done was give it a wipe before returning it to us. Would like to say a massive thank you to the team at L&I Eaton Keith for getting my car back on the road after my recent accident, my car had multiple damaged panels, tyres, wheels and alignment issues after the accident, the service I received from them was nothing short of amazing, the initial call was extremely quick professional and they were so polite, the car got picked up as scheduled and a courtesy car supplied, I was regularly updated on the status of the repairs and what stage of the process my vehicle was at, once the work was completed they arranged to drop of my car and pick up the courtesy car. When my car was returned we then got to insect all work carried out and I couldnt of been happier everything was repaired to the highest standard. The whole team made the process so easy for me and I just want to say a massive thank you. I highly recommend L&I eaton to anyone needing there car repaired 10/10 cant fault them. Having had a small accident in my works van, my insurer put me in contact with the team in Keith. They arranged to collect my van from my home address, and brought me a courtesy van. This enabled me to continue trading in my electrical business. During the repair process, I received regular calls to update me on progress. When repairs were completed, the team in Keith arranged a time for me to collect my van. The whole process was very smooth and stress free.
