        Great experience meeting Keith, he made me feel comfortable and safe from judgment from the start. He has a very assured and methodical way of getting to the root of your issues and has helped greatly in my battle with anxiety and depression. Don't hesitate just go and see him, I have seen a few people over the years but again can't recommend Keith enough.

        I suffered from anxiety and panic attacks and noticed Keiths hypnotherapy on social media so I thought Id give it a go and I only wish I had tried it sooner! Keith was so welcoming and understanding and through using the techniques Keith showed me I have learnt to deal with panic attacks and my anxiety levels have reduced greatly, with a different outlook on life. Definitely would highly recommend!
