    Rhoda is an excellent Yoga instructor. This is my second year attending her classes and the benefits are many. More flexible, more energy, better posture, more strength and feel great. High recommended. ps. She makes it fun too.

    So much fitter, flexible and toned!! Rhoda is a very experienced instructor, she carefully talks through each pose step by step in a calming, relaxing manner. Rhodas love of yoga shines out, always encouraging to push that wee bit, while reminding you to listen to how far your body can go safely and comfortably. I never thought yoga could help weight loss for a very loose untoned tummy (pure belly fat ) I am so pleased to be free from those extra bits that really got in the way in the beginning!! I have more energy, feel happier and sleep better. Rhodas classes are fun too!!

    After having a back operation in 2017 I felt it was time to get some strength and flexibility into my body. In just a few weeks with the wonderful Rhoda I've gained far more than physiotherapy achieved in months; in both physical and mental strength. I opted for one-to-one sessions so that we could concentrate on some of my issues. Already I've found myself moving my body in ways that I never though were possible, and with that has come an increase in confidence. Rhoda is patient, full of helpful advice, and really takes the time to understand her clients needs. If you're unsure if Yoga is for you, my advice is to go for it, you will be hard pressed to find anyone better to take the journey with than Rhoda.

    Having been diagnosed with breast cancer, my world was turned upside down. I suddenly felt I was losing control of everything. I cried out to Rhoda for help and started my one to one yoga session. I can honestly say, learning yoga and meditation has helped me regain some control. I have become more in tune with my own body and my mind is no longer racing. The breathing techniques I have learned have helped me when having to go through so many tests & scans. I feel a lot stronger in body & mind, a warrior ready to fight my cancer battle. If like me, you are cautious about taking part in group class, I would recommend one to one sessions What can I say about Rhoda her patience, her expertise, her singing bowls, her bubbly character instantly puts you ease.
