I thought my ring was thin and needed building up but the person I spoke with was honest with me and told me it wasn't necessary. Could have easily said that it was necessary to get some money out of me. Appreciate the honesty. Got my ring cleaned up and some stones tightened. My ring is now super shiny and it's nice to know the stones are secured. Pricing was very reasonable. Would definitely come back!

I had 2 anniversary rings that needed restored. I also had other repairs and solders to be carried out. I am thrilled with what the jewellery technicians did. My anniversary rings look brand new and the diamonds are very secure. One of my bracelets has a safety chain which was repaired, broke again, so what did they do, put on a new chain. I was kept informed of the progress throughout. Furthermore repair prices are listed and not plucked out of thin air. Would highly recommend. I wish this business a happy future. Thanks, Jill :)

I bought a watch form this shop at Christmas time. Unfortunately my partner didn't like it. After Christmas I phoned Goldsmith to ask when they opened. I left several messages asking if someone could call me back. This didn't happen. I also went to the shop but it was closed. No notice on the window or door, letting there customers know when they would be opening. I was due to go on holiday on the 4th January and my friend kindly offered to return the watch for me. However when she went into the shop, they refused to give me a refund. My friend explained that I was on holiday and wouldn't be back for 6 weeks. They told my friend that I could get a credit note when I come into the shop. Today I returned the watch a they refused to refund my money or exchange the watch for something else. I have left a review on my Facebook page, telling my friends and family never to use the jewellery shop. Bad customer service. I will Never shop in this place again.
