Did not go with them,the person I communicated with wanted me to spend minimum of 2500 which is to much to remove bath and replace with shower,I wanted the little man to get the job,I will do the job myself after covid of course. I want to make it clear although I DIDN'T get work done and therefore i dont know there work,when I phoned for a new BATHROOM they quoted 2500 minimum although they do say in reply they do kitchens ONLY then why did they quote me ?, I am only commenting on a telephone conversation.

I buy 30 to 40 kitchens from Campbell and his team a year. His cabinet makers are outstanding!!! Nothing is ever a problem. If I could give 10 stars I would!!!

They can design and make what you want, other companies can only give you what their factory produces in bulk. I wanted the cooker unit to have a door that aligned with the adjacent drawer and a height to suit me. Not a problem, all others couldn't provide it.

Bought a new kitchen from CRW in 2018 and thoroughly satisfied with the product and job done at the time. Unfortunately last week, a hinge snapped on one of our corner unit doors due perhaps to my own mishandling. I tried to replace it at B&Q but they didn't have the equivalent part. I then returned to CRW to see if they could help, only to find out that they were now using different hinges but was told by Fabio that if I brought the doors in, they would swap over to new hinges. I duly did so and 2 days later was phoned by Fabio to tell me that the job was done. All's well that ends well but not quite. A couple of hour later Fabio phoned again to tell me that subsequent to the repair, the doors hand then been damaged in the showroom while waiting to be uplifted. He the told me not worry that they would be fully replaced. Having picked them up today and fitted them back in the kitchen you would not believe that anything had gone wrong. What service. This was customer service at it's best. Many thank to all at CRW. Robert
