        No mental health support. Relying on locums for quality health care and support. Often say a doctor will all back and don't. Don't seem to understand schools require prescribed medicine even if it is over the counter. Real lack of knowledge.

        One of the worst practices for communication. Cannot get through to make an appointment, get a repeat prescription, talk to staff for advice.

        Dealing with the reception staff at this surgery is always a nightmare. The attitude of some of them is beyond rude, bordering on hostile. Doctors aren't much better as none of them appear to care. Appointments are very few and far between. I would avoid joining this surgery at all costs.
