GW Smart Homes were recommended to me by Control 4 , to assist in moving and reinstalling a system in a new property. Gary visited and made recommendations which included expanding the system and developing it for my new home. We engaged him for this and he also then stepped in to help develop a complete house communication system with Ubiquiti and finally he insured that all the technology spoke to each other and integrated the CCTV and security system. In a modern house it is essential that all system work together and do not compete and having the security and confidence that one company could oversee this was essential. Gary was always incredibly efficient , punctual and helpful and above all explained the process in a clear manner without Jargon and confusion- although I am still not entirely sure I know what it all does!

My whole experience with Gary was excellent. He gave good advice on the products to choose and made it simple. The installation process could not have been better with all of the tradesman involved being professional and at the top of their game. After sales service has been amazing with response to queries swift and a call out to check things were ok. I could not recommend GW Smart Homes enough for every aspect of their service.
