Simon has been a huge help over the past few months with all of my PC issues. I brought my first PC to him back in September with hard drive issues and he got it in working order within the same day. My PC had a bigger issue that wouldn't be worth the money investment to fix as the PC was so old, so I upgraded to a new PC built by Simon with a part-exchange for my old one for a really good price. One of the parts turned out to be faulty after a few weeks of use and he ordered me an even better replacement with next day delivery and fitted it, done at no cost at all to me. The service I've received from him has been brilliant and you can tell he's very passionate about his work and cares about what he does. The prices I've been charged were really reasonable and I'll be happily bringing my PC back to him for servicing and any issues in future. I can't recommend PC Perfect enough. :)
