        Went into bank to open account for my son. First of all was ignored even though bank was empty and the 3 staff were gossiping. Asked to open an account for my son, was asked if he had a mobile phone , yes he answered, then do it online was the answer. How does a 16 year old open a bank account on line. No wonder these places are shutting down.

        Absolutely shocking, people who work long hours during the week cant make it in . Now its not even open on a Saturday morning think I will be changing banks
