Andy is clueless, didn't know how to run diagnostics on the machine. Messed about for 40 minutes and stated he could be there forever stripping the machine and finding the issue. Andy stated a few times it would be cheaper to replace the machine. A 750 2 year old machine?!?! Took 50 for the pleasure! I contacted Pacifica Group who sent an engineer out who pressed a few buttons got the fault code and replaced a sensor. 15 minute job. Back to appliance school for you, Andy!! Andy was rude and cut me off when I was speaking to him about my faulty washing machine, said he was busy with another job and advised me just to get another machine and that it would likely be too expensive to repair. Abrupt & dismissive, unpleasant, unhelpful & unprofessional in his manner towards me as a potential customer in my opinion. Very disappointed & would not recommend him

Excellent. Came out as promised and had the washing machine fixed in no time. Highly recommended
