When I first ordered from this company they failed to deliver and then when they finally did deliver the milk I wasn't happy and cancelled via their Facebook page, speaking to one of your employees. For three or more weeks I continued to be delivered milk AFTER MY CANCELLATION. I informed the company every time who apologised and said it would be resolved. I have since continued to receive letters about monies owed despite calling and explaining and emailing over screenshots as requested, emailing again... without response. I just keep getting more letters! I CANCELLED, and whatever was sent AFTER this is NOT MY PROBLEM and not my debt to pay. I do not owe you 11.20 and feel I have explained myself enough over the one year period and have paid for what I ordered and will pay for nothing more. Account No. 615.
