Rachel was kind and understanding till she delivered the eulogy at the funeral, no eye contact with the bereaved family very unprofessional and biased. Would not recommend her.

Our experience with Rachel was exceptional. Losing his wife of over 60 years for our dad has been devastating. Dad was "dreading" the funeral. Rachel's delivery of the service, her empathy and understanding took away that dread, not just for dad, but for us all. Rachel for being the voice of our mum and our family and helping us to celebrate mum's life thank you.

I cant recommend Rachel enough, What a wonderful person, who takes a genuine interest in the family and their wishes. If there was 10 stars I would give 10 stars!

My experience with Rachel was expectional. She was lucky enough to visit my dad within the last few days of his life. She made my father feel so comfortable and after they spoke he left a note saying " she was very very nice ". Her speech at my father's cremation was very heartfelt and sincere. I would highly recommend this lovely lady. You made my dads day extra special and ill never forget that. I cannot thankyou enough. Love lloyd and becky
