        I gave 5 stars because I had been suffering from Sciatica, for 18 months and was in a great deal of pain. I had become fearful of therapists because every time I was assessed or given exercises I had the same pain or worse. I made contact with Martin regarding the SLM treatment he offered (Steve Lockhart Myotherapy) over the phone before making an appointment with him and his depth of knowledge and confident manner along with honest expectations was enough for me to decide I could trust this man with my body. I am so glad I did, I haven't looked back, I came out with no pain. Obviously it didn't stay that way but enough that I was sure I didn't need to go ahead with the spinal surgery. I continued with a few more treatments along with my own knowledge of Yoga practice and became pain free and got the feeling back in my leg 4 months later. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
