        Paid in full via PayPal 10 days ago, the seller sent me an email on that day saying it's out of stock, I replied and asked for a full refund. 10 days passed and still haven't refunded me. When I emailed them again on Monday (3days ago) and today, the seller said she has asked the accountancy team to refund me, which has been 10 days and still not at work to refund me, does it sound right to you?

        Very knowledgeable staff, with a wide range of products. Good product base including paper and chemical and some specialist products; I needed a special mop bucket and they ordered it in for me! Nothing is too much trouble - highly recommend!
