        Taxi service always good, but there is this older dispatch woman that is always rude, never gets your adress right, shouts at you when you call out her mistakes and hangs up on you in the middle of the call. Absolutely shocking

        Avoid! Don't rely on this company if you need a taxi at a certain time or to get you anywhere for a dedicated time! Sick of turning up late at hospital for my dialysis treatment when they know I need to be there for a specific time!
