Called prime structural solutions last minute to obtain a structural survey on a house we were concluding a sale on last week. They were very efficient and understood the pressure we were under to complete in time for sale date. Adam was excellent and attended the very next morning and I had the report later that same day. Excellent service!

Needed paperwork for some alterations carried out by the previous owner. I spoke to a member of their team and explained my situation. The staff were understanding and very quick to provide a service. Would definitely recommend.

Over 2 years and after spending nearly 800 I have no plans with a building warrant. Phone calls are not returned. Nothing is ever followed up. I don't understand how this company is even still allowed to do business. Just a bunch of cowboys. Issue resolved eventually.
