        Staff very friendly but websites should be updated. It is irresponsible to leave misinformation regarding access to a health service, as it can cause a lot of distress to those of us who do not have autonomy and who are unable to use the phone. It is ableist and unreasonable to change how accessible a health service is, without current information being updated clearly. Only given a star due to lovely staff. I feel very sorry for the staff having to manage an overwhelmed and unorganised essential service. Shameful.
