Woodland View Hospital

Ward 1-Dreadful place! Spent alot of time and witnessed some not very nice things. I wouldnt let them look after a plant, never mind a loved one. Never been so relieved to get my mum out there. Its no place for vunerable people. Facilities might be there but the level of care and compassion required was certainly not!

Hi my name is Robert here goes i was a patient in woodland view ward 5 you see i had a drink problem and i used to get the shakes when i tried to stop drinking so my alcohol support worker got me a place in ward 5 i have been in ward 5 about 5 times but the last time i was in was 3 years ago but the staff in here are so nice they gave me medication to treat the withdrawal and they gave me talking therapy they saved my life i would not be here if it was not for the amazing staff in ward 5 so i owe them so much so i give woodland view 5 stars great hospital.

Mobile phone signal appauling, making communication with relative extremely difficult and very, very stressful 9th November, getting worse husband moved to another ward NO MOBILE SIGNAL CRIMINAL

Absolutely disgusted reading these reviews of how patients are treated! WHY IS NOTHING BEING DONE .THIS SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED IMMEDIATELY.reports of abuse ,lack of empathy for people who are mentally not fit or well to stand up for themselves and NEED THE CARE AND TREATMENT A HOSPITAL SHOULD BE PROVIDING!!
