Shergill Pharmacy

This pharmacy is a shambles. They have the worst customer service ever . No one ever seems to know how to do their job . Ignorant and arrogant staff that have a terrible way of talking to customers .always get prescriptions wrong .

So, what do you do when someone comes to complain about the bad driving of one of your drivers? Well at shergills you tell the driver and let him shout at the person in front of other customers while the 4/5 staff members listen from the back of the shop - even when he leaves & returns twice to continue and also starts to say something to another customer who he thinks might be with them. Then you wait till the stress has the person in tears, offer them a tissue, say you never saw the bad driving and that "there was raised voices from both of you" Yes, my voice was raised when I kept repeating "dont talk to me" and the driver still kept shouting at me!
