What a wonderful place this is!!!!!Staff so knowledgeable about products but keep it real, took my mum today for a new chair, they helped me with my mum as her mobility is quite poor, nothing was too much. Would highly recommend Thistle help.

I can't recommend Thistle help enough. I was apprehensive about a scooter, so I thought it best to hire 1 for a couple of days to see how I would cope. The staff were so friendly and helpful. It was inexpensive to have the scooter for 2 days and allowed me to test out what both I and the scooter were capable of. Rocky loved it as well.

I would have been lost without the staff at Thistle advising and assisting us in the purchase of various bits of equipment for my Dad over the last year. Friendly, professional, polite, empathetic and knowledgeable all the way. Simply super service. Would wholeheartedly recommend. Thanks to both Gillian and Laura.

Had no idea Thistle Help hired out equipment until Claire informed me. Due to deteriorating health conditions I'm unable to walk any distance. Hired a mobility scooter so I could enjoy a day out with the grandsons and it really made a difference to the family day out. 100% be using their services again. Great friendly welcome and extremely patient staff.

Just to say a huge thank you to Claire at Irvine for all her support and understanding she gave me with the hiring of the scooter and dismantling it in my car to make life much easier for me nothing was a problem to her and she was very thoughtful
