My daughter went her first holiday abroad ,when she arrived her phone wouldn't work ,I went to the Irvine shop in a panick ,and staff were amazing totally calmed me down and managed to sort it all for me ,and within few minutes my daughter was able to text and phone , this isn't the first time the Irvine store has helped me , there customer service is excellent and knowledge is first class, highly recommend

The staff very unhelpful just because I wanted to cancel my broadband they would not help said I have to call yet I had been told to come in to the shop. Shocking service
