Went to Dekors to look for some wallpaper for our renovation. Walked in and the two staff barely looked up and certainly never said hello. Wondered around for a couple of minutes and eventually found the wallpaper books. Struggled to find anything we were after and could have used some help but completely ignored. After about 45 minutes we managed to pick 2 or 3 samples we wanted. Asked one of the staff for some help ordering the samples and she looked at me as if I had said I was going to set fire to her house. (After all you do pay for them they arent free!) Reluctantly helped order them...and her tone when speaking to us was terrible. Couldnt believe what I had experienced. Wouldnt go back and wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. In comparison we went to another decorating shop elsewhere in Ayrshire a few days later. Met with a smile and explained our brief to them and within 10 minutes we had wallpaper picked and painted schemes for elsewhere in the house. All in all customer services goes a long way!
