Took my car here for it's MOT which was fairly priced, carried out quickly and I felt that they did a thorough job, would definately return with my custom.

If you have any issues with your diesel vehicle then this is the place to go! My transporter has an intermittent splutter and after over 4000 and months of van being in vasstech (vw specialist) and then main dealer I was no further forward, no one seem to know what was wrong with it. That was before Paul from Jamiesons got his hands on it- what a man! Fixed within a week and to a cost nearly half of what Id already paid. It needed x4 injectors which somehow no one else could work out. I have used Durham motor services before around 8 years ago with a vivaro faulty injector which no one else could get out- Jamiesons did! Save your time and money and go straight here! Great customer service, I realised my MOT was due only a few days before it expired and they managed to squeeze me in the morning it was due. I had to be at work before they opened but they have a handy key drop at the entrance to allow early drop off. My car wasn't at its best but with Christmas being only a few weeks ago I hadn't had a chance to get it up to standard so my MOT failed as I expected. The mechanic at Jamiesons called me at work to let me know what work was required along with the cost breakdown of parts and labour and advised that due to how busy they were it may be a few days before work on the car could be carried out but they would get it done as soon as they could so I told them I was happy to leave it with them and they could call me when work was completed. I received a call from the mechanic the next day to tell me the work was completed as they had some extra time and that I could collect after my work. Overall, I received great communication, fast, quality service and all for a reasonable price. I have just recently moved to the area and will definitely be using Jamiesons again for any future work required. Service: Auto maintenance
