        Just had my eye test done here. Everything was very professionally done. Decide to buy my glasses from them. Was looked after mostly by suzanne. I found everyone one to friendly and helpful. I would go back agaig.

        Today I had an appointment with the Irvine Opticians at 9.30. I found the shop to be bright, clean and well laid out. The biggest thing that struck me though was the professional, helpful staff, who not only provided great customer service, but did it all with a smile. The Optician Sukvinder Kaur, was bright, smiley and above all else highly professional, she even laughed at all my jokes ! Thanks guys

        Very unprofessional unpleasant attitude from staff when I was trying to get prescription safety glasses repaired. Despite having made the purchase from Boots I was told as they were safety glasses Boots couldnt touch them and I would have to contact the manufacturer myself. As I have no manufacturer contact details I am now left with unusable safety glasses. Boots were only interested in trying to sell replacements. For Boots to promote life time care this is the worst customer service I have come across in a long time.
