        A very difficult place to get an appointment especially if you work. You need to spend hours on the phone to get through. As I drive for a living it makes it impossible to see a doctor. You can't even just go in and ask for an appointment. You have to phone or no appointment.

        I've been with this practice since I was an infant and the care quality has nosedived in a dangerous way. Their new prescription line is also even worse than the camping on the phone you used to have to do in the mornings.

        Absolutely ill 111 dont do nothing tell you to call the gp then you cant get a hold of them ALWAYS user busy for, absolute shambles

        I cannot find fault with Bourtreehill Medical Practice. While most medical practices appeared to use COVID as an excuse to hide behind doors, the staff at this practice continued to provide an excellent service.
