        Very un professional manger will not accept complaints will not give reginal manages contact information. Real bad attitude towards customers when they are in the wrong.bad customer service some of the staff need retraining.

        I had been really Ill with symptoms of urine infection and was advised by GP that due to pressure on NHS I could pop into any pharmacy and they will do consultation in store and give me meds to which I was happy doing. Came into this pharmacy and was met with the manager advising me to go to my own chemist.. When I explained it wasnt local and I was unwell and my GP had advised I could pop into any pharmacy her reply was I decide who I treat not the GP I left very upset and went to the other Boots pharmacy where I was treated no problem. Complaint was put in and Ive since received an apology for very bad customer service as there was no need for it. I was very polite. The apology was made by Boots head office who couldnt have been nicer. Its a shame that this one girl represents such a big pharmacy on such a awful manner. Would definitely avoid if needing any medical assistance.
