Moved home and came in to get some laminate for downstairs. The staff were so lovely and helped us get exactly what we're looking for. We came back to buy the laminate floors for upstairs and to get the carpet for our stairs and hallway. Great staff. Amazing quality and good prices. Best thing about the floors is how resilient they are. We have a dog, two cats and have had to move a lot of heavy furniture around and there's no scratches/dents. We also had to take Fergus with us one day as there were fireworks. The gentleman was so lovely, and Fergus even chose the perfect carpet

Definitely very poor customer service bought a carpet and had it fitted and after 3 weeks it's showing signs of wear took photos and went into Irvine shop and spoke to manager and told email photos so they can contact manufacturer few days later followed up with an email to be told they looked at photos and said carpet was not faulty and it wasn't a carpet they would recommend for a staircase a bit strange because when I purchased it I said it was for a staircase but also myself and my wife are the only 2 in the house and only wear socks and slippers upstairs so don't care what quality it is you shouldn't have wear that quick absolutely bunch of crooks take your money but don't deal with complaints at all would never recommend them to anyone

Absolute shambles of a company. Waited 2 days for a phone call from a manager regarding a refund only to be told I had paid my money and wasnt entitled to a refund. Will never use this company again.
