        I had a great experience when in the irvine shop with Debbie. She was very helpful and patient as I didn't know what mattress I needed. Overall experience was excellent

        We were met on Arrival with a cheery Hallo from the staff Donna and Kenny. After discussing what we required we were invited to try out the special bed that measures and calculates what your body needs for a good night's sleep. Given pillows we were invited to try various mattresses before finding the right one for us. The staff were so kind leaving us to make our own decision. We were offered refreshments and chatted whilst being advised what was on offer ie pillows, mattress covers, duvets, etc. We were given delivery date and arranged uplift of old mattress. Everything was very efficiently completed. Thank you to Donna and Kenny for their assistance today
