We previously ordered a 12 yard skip from this company, communication was great service was great, so as a Bricklaying company we decided we would definitely use them every time we needed a skip ( which is pretty regular). This time service wasn't as good, I called for a skip no problem week passes nothing, so I called to find out when I could expect it, was told he had contracts that need covered first then he would get to me, I thought fair enough understandable. 4 weeks later still nothing, so called again this time the guy on the phone knew nothing about it and I would get the skip Monday or Tuesday, so this morning no notice nothing, luckily the guys was at his kitchen window when the ship arrived by the time he got downstairs to the door he was away less than 2 minutes, so I just called to be told it was there twice I said yeah they guy was there and came down but they drove off, well you need to get a skip somewhere else we are not coming back again. Business must be good when they can afford to say that to customers don't know how with that attitude. So definitely won't be using them again. Service: Construction debris removal
