Unfortunately I have to leave a 1 star review. I started working with this group when David Mcleish still worked there and was very happy with the service. Recently the company would appear to have taken a turn for the worse. We were overcharged subsidies on numerous applications for our patients resulting hundred of pounds being owed to us. Now after numerous emails and promises of call backs all communication has ceased. I am leaving this feedback in the hope that it might spur someone on to actually reply to me and give a date when the money owed to us will be paid.
