        My food turned up freezing because the delivery driver couldn't find my address, he phoned me a few times to tell me he was at my address but no show for 20 minutes! I phoned the restaurant and asked for a fresh order or a refund and got refused and the guy I was on the phone to said my delivery arrived on time even though the delivery driver confirmed it wasn't with him! Got nothing but pure cheek from him and he hung up on me, he's a horrible disrespectful man!

        Got my pizza and it was cold because the driver couldnt find my house and when I phoned to complain I got told they wont be sending a new order and got nothing but cheek from the mouth piece
