I ordered a no cheese big Mac, but was given a Big Mac with a no cheese sticker - with cheese on it. I ate half of it without realising and the outcome was not good! So thanks for mildly poisoning me at 7 months pregnant basically avoid this Macdonalds if you have any allergies/intolerances, they dont care. Also, as other people have mentioned, flat drink with no ice and the ice cream machine was off which seems to be a common theme to these complaints Dietary restrictions: Dont trust them to actually follow dietary restrictions

We stopped off while shopping today and looking forward to a delicious lunch of burgers fries teas and cola drinks First the machines where not working and after asking for assistance we where told that they play up constantly and to use another one We did this only to experience more problems so requested help again but it took over ten minutes to get someone when we eventually received our meals my burgers where cold and the ice free coke I ordered was not coke As we could not get someone to help after waiting another long time we left the food and drinks on the table and left the restaurant I have used Your restaurants for years but this was the worst service we have ever had To serve cold food which should be hot after being freshly prepared is dangerous and to be ignored while trying to get assistance is disgusting

Absolutely disgusting behaviour by a so called manager or supervisor. Spent ive 30 on food to take away. Went to take a bite from the double cheeseburger and it was cold and had been sitting a while. Took it back in store to be asked whats wrong with it and I said well its not fresh, then I got attitude and told not to be rude, about it. I then hear her talk to another colleague saying shes not in the mood for people like me!!!! Like me?? Oh sorry I wanted a fresh double cheeseburger and wouldnt accept your mediocre food. A fresh burger was made and then sat and watched it sit there as I waited, if she was sorting other orders Id see the point of why I didnt get it straight away but no seemed like absolute pettyness because I wasnt happy that I got attitude for not being happy with 1 double cheeseburger Maybe if you cant handle criticism maybe work elsewhere. Disgusting behaviour and if thats the type of person that is in a position like this I can only imagine what thats saying to her workers. Maybe just an apology next time and hand me my burger and you wont have a scene in your store. Good luck to people having to deal with people who have no customer skills because she wasnt in the mood.
