Smile Time Dental Practice

No even worth one star. New dentist and disgusted with service. My husband had to get a filling and as he said he paid for treatment was automatically treated privately without any options explained. Given a white filling again no options explained or told it would need to be done privately as not done on NHS.Not told any prices or again told difference between the two and then hit with a bill of 195. We have attended Smile Time for years and Stephen was a great dentist and never once were we ever treated privately for any treatment as we were NHS registered. Treatment was always explained and a fair price paid. And to be given no choice and in my opinion as soon as someone says they pay for treatment see an opportunity to fill their own pocket is absolutely disgusting. So a previous review that said the new dentist looked dubious was 100% correct.

What happened to Smile time? They've just vanished. No information or warning given to existing patients, just a new dentist and a new voice answering the phone. Seems dubious and ever so slightly dodgy. Not very professional.

Was in today hate dentists got all my teeth taken out by Stephen he was brilliant also the other two ladys that work there hence the 5 stars absolutely great defo go back there again ( actually need to do they can fit my plates but not scared anymore)
