        Terrible service. Always excuses. They use covid as an excuse for everything. But you are still expected to pay council tax!!!

        Absolutely appalling council very happy to take money from you but very unhelpful when it comes to resolving issues and most staff at the call centre seem to take complaints very personally and don't understand that people are annoyed with the service that is provided or not as the case may be!.
