        Went in there once to unblock one of my cards I verified my security with one of my other cards then end result was the adviser clicked the wrong option and ended up blocking all my cards so training can be an issue, also don't like how there is only one self service paying in machine now, and let's face it banks can be a target, god forbid in a terms of robberies, so think it is extremely dangerous if there is a problem with one of the machines why they close the shutters, if such a situation emerged there's no means of innocent people escape, so I would definitely suggest an urgent review on there measures regarding this procedure.

        Excellent experience, the bank was very busy and the staff handled prioritising things really well. I was helped by Debbi who could not have been more helpful, she sorted the complication with my account with ease and had fantastic customer service!

        Lovely, friendly staff from the minute you walk in. Fantastic customer service. Other ill-mannered places could learn from this Branch. Could not do enough to help. Nice n clean. Hand sanitiser conveniently at the entrance.
