        Hopeless! Asked for an appointment to open an account - sorry came the reply next appointment will be sometime in November!! So much for customer service!

        Visited this branch earlier today 14/3/22 to update my personal details . Very helpful and polite young man dealt with my enquiry . ( Desk nearest the door ~ didn't catch his name sorry ) . A credit to the company . Thank you and well done .

        I'm not happy with this branch and in particular this branch. I believe it's time they upgraded there self service machines. Once my money got stuck fair enough gentleman working there helped me get it sorted. Second time my card has got stuck no one in branch to help only one person at counter long queue I don't have time to stand around waiting. Customer service is what is letting the branch down
